2 occasions where my take out was not ready, staff was hiding out back when I got there and I dealt with an extremely ignorant and condescending staff member. Details of experience were sent through their corporate website. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Please do not place orders online at this location. Ive placed 3 orders on 3 different occasions not only did they not have it ready but never received the orders

I went after class to get the best smoothie I could get to feed my muscles! I have to say, other than making my own smoothies in my vitamix, this was the best smoothie I've ever had in my life. It was one of the last orders and was tailored to each request I had. I ordered a detox, but I'd already had banana that day and didn't want any more. My first time here and I appreciate the great customer service.
Tailor to my every want, smooth, silky and rich! The best!

This is the second time we have gone to smoothie king and our smoothies have not been fully blended- we found actual chunks in the smoothie. It should not be that hard to blend the smoothie for 30 extra seconds to do a good job. I get the overwhelming sense that staff just don't want to be here and are downright lazy.
