I have used this store at least 30 + times and my experience today has me very bewilderd.
The employee was late teens early 20's. The guy in front of me gave his package for a quick scan and got his receipt. All this time there was not a single word spoken by the employee. The gentleman got his receipt says Merry Christmas and still not a word by the employee.
Now I step up and state I have an Amazon return with a code to scan. Said employee grabs a phone right by him which I presume is to scan my barcode I am holding up. Much to my dismay the phone he picked up he is now playing a game on.I waited a bit and then spoke up saying "seriously can you stop playing your game". He looked at me like I had horns growing out of my head. He then proceeded to scan my barcode and tear off my receipt and hand it to me without a word spoken still.....
