Our experience with the Kiddie Academy was really bad!
One day when I arrived to pick him up my son wasnt there. My son was found in the middle of the traffic road picked up by strangers!!! Thanks God, he was safe.
The administration didnt say a word about that, even a superficial email with apologies. What a surprise!
Please stay away for them!

I would leave this place zero stars if I could. Kiddie Academy of Bolingbrook seemed wonderful at first and we honestly put a lot of trust in our infant sons teachers. Unfortunately, this quickly turned when my husband saw a new staff member dumping my breastmilk into a non sterile container to warm it up. At first we believed it was an error as it was a staff member we didnt know, but upon further questioning among three different staff members in management positions, this was their practice for the last TEN + years! This container was apparently hand washed, and not sterilized in between uses. A separate container was used for those babies on formula. As a family nurse practitioner, I felt the need to explain to the staff illnesses (HIV and hepatitis to name a few) can be transmitted via breastmilk. Unfortunately they seemed completely clueless. After this incident we received a voicemail admitting that they need to change their practice and plan on getting traditional bottle warmers. After this incident I couldnt bear to send my precious baby back as I dont know what else they are doing that isnt up to DCFS bottom of the barrel standards behind our backs.
Prior to this there were some things we saw but let slide (ex- letting my son sleep in a chair vs placing him in the crib, when my husband picked him up). Unfortunately the straw that broke the camels back was a doozy and unfortunately put my sons life and health at risk.
Kiddie Academy also had the audacity to charge us after this incident. Word for the wise, save yourself and your kid.
