My visit was great at first and they got me in to see the nurse in a short amount of time. I ended up having strep throat and was prescribed antibiotics at 9AM when I was seen. 3 hours later my prescription was still not called in to the pharmacy by the NP. I called primary health and was told they would make it a high priority and send it in asap. Another 2 hours goes by and its still not called in. I call primary health back and they say the same thing and that it will be taken care of asap. At this point its 4PM, they still havent called it in and my pharmacy closes at 5 for the weekend. I called back a THIRD time and was told they would send it in in 10-15 minutes, and they finally sent it in. It should not take me 3 phone calls just to get a prescription sent in. I am extremely disappointed with their communication, lack of follow up, and unprofessionalism.

Thank you so much for making me wear the mask that was provided to me during my visit. I felt so much safer and actually better once I put it on. Its almost as if my symptoms completely disappeared once I put it on. The back office lady was extremely nice to me in telling me to put it back on when I was about to take a sip of water and enjoy a brief moment of fresh air, compared to the hot steamy air I was breathing under my wonderful mask.

Understandable, even though countless scientific and medical studies have shown the ineffectiveness of a mask in regards to common cold/flu like symptoms. The bigger issue is the rudeness that was demonstrated by the back office lady when asked to put it back on.

Charged me more just because I got a prescription. seems like a bunch of thrifters. Do not recommend.
