image STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! This place is the most unorganized, financially unethical, and inept practice I have ever dealt with. They cannot get insurance billing correct. When you call and ask to speak so someone who actually is in control of billing they are never there. I was a patient for 3 months and out of pocket for my consultations it should have cost me $150 but instead I have paid $700+ and they incorrectly sent labs to a company that was not in my network for insurance and now I am on the hook for an $800 drug test that was not even necessary. PLEASE SEEK SERVICES ELSEWHERE!

image AWFUL experience. The provider I saw - Maggie (twice to give her a chance) was rude, dismissive of my concerns and goals, made me REPEATEDLY defend why I was even bothering to seek a diagnosis (what the hell?), actually made a joke about "wanting to kill myself" (her) during our first meeting, and kept trying to dig into deeply painful, traumatic issues on our very first visit (and again on the 2nd visit) before even getting to know me or build trust. She also agreed to evaluate me and tell me at our second visit whether I fit a diagnosis. Then, she flat out refused to tell me whether I fit the diagnosis or not. All she would say is, "You meet a lot of the criteria." She misled me about what she would provide for me. I was clear from the beginning that I was seeking a provider for evaluation for a diagnosis. She said she could and would do that, and then refused to...AFTER making sure I saw her more than once.
Secondly, DO NOT IGNORE all the bad reviews about their billing practices. Those reviews are there for a reason! I had two visits. During the pre-visit call for the 1st visit, I asked how I would pay (since it was telehealth) and they said I would be sent a bill and could pay through the website. That was 2/9. On 2/25 I had my second visit, and was asked to pay over the phone during the pre-visit call, which I did. Then I received a bill stating it was for the 2/25 visit (never received on for 2/9). When I called about it, Hillary told me that I had already paid for that visit and to ignore the bill. What she did NOT tell me was that they never sent a bill for 2/9, just applied my 2/25 visit for the 2/9 visit (WITHOUT EVER TELLING ME). So I did, in fact, still need to pay for 2/25. So a few weeks later I get a second bill for 2/25, with an additional "finance charge" for late payment. BECAUSE THEY TOLD ME NOT TO PAY IT.
I fought on the phone with Hillary and Tatiana for 2 days about this and they insist they did nothing wrong. Deceptive billing practices. I have no problem paying for both visits. It's the late fee (no matter how small it is) that makes me mad since it was their error, not mine.
Avoid this place. Unprofessional, deceptive and rude.
