Man who goes by Maintenence HVAC has been coming in to different businesses and harassing underage, female employees and then posts reviews about them online. It's disturbing and borderline predatory.

First off let me say at first we really enjoyed Hance Realty and Mr. Charles. However, we were military and we had to break our lease. They stated that they didn't see that the orders were accompanied so all of us were going. They wanted us to stay while my husband was leaving. Then a day before our lease renewal they told us we had to sign it or we had 30 days to be out when we had been trying to contact them but hadn't heard from them. They raised our rent last minute so we had a days notice.
Then we moved out. I spent 24 hours cleaning the house, steam cleaning everything and they still took over $900 from our security deposit even after we paid to have the carpets cleaned ourselves. So our move out was over $1,000 charges. Their reasoning was that I didn't clean the dishwasher along with blinds, which I 100% did clean the blinds as well as all the baseboards everything. Overall, I was very disappointed at the end of our lease, how they handled the situation and how they were not very easy to contact and lack of information. All in all, if you can avoid using this company I would recommend to choose a different one.

Hance Realty by far in one of the best real estate agencies I have ever been blessed to come across.
Back in October 19, 2016 we were blessed enough to stumble across them after a trial of failed attempts.
I had just lost my mother recently and needed to relocate and start fresh since the emotional downfall was a bit heavy for us all.
Hance Realty ( Mr.Charles and his brilliant Sons) we just the absolute best and their professionalism was beyond top notch.
We have been living here since 2016.
They are always making sure everything is fine with the house, they check up on us, they are always quick to answer the phone and if they just happen to miss you they will get in contact within a short time.
But what is the MOST important feature about them and the main reason I personally think they are the best real estate out here in Texas is they treat people like people.
They talk to you like an actual human and are real good people.
If you are looking for a home I would contract them 10000% no lie.
They really are 5 star individuals and I respect Hance Realty to the upmost of my abilities.
They are top notch and if I could give them 10 stars I would.
No one out here comes even close to their quality and diligence improviding the tenant with what they need to have a happy home.

We love our home so much we plan on staying here forever.
