Have had them for 3 years and consistently lose service. As a company apparently they are also more concerned about the bottom line and not customer satisfaction since any outage that happens after 3:30pm is ineligible for same day service because they dont pay their employees past 5pm. Yes GVTC lets penny pinch at the consumers expense. Fantastic. Because we obviously live in a day and age where WiFi is really inconsequential afterall we dont have baby monitors, security systems, and other life saving functions of our home tied to WiFi and internet. And while were discussing customer service, it should also be mentioned if you are expecting a call back the policy is to get back within 48 business hours. So essentially as a customer if you lose power at 3:30pm on a Friday consider yourself lucky if they dein to call you back by Wednesday. Do better.

Internet keeps going in and out of service in the last few days very frustrating should get a discount for all the time being down but probably won't happen

been with them for many years. Boerne is growing quickly and the infrastructure is trying to play catchup, I get it. That being said, they have always been responsive and absolutely on top of it for us as customers. I don't expect downtown big city internet speeds because this isn't a downtown big city. But for where we are, GVTC is 100% the way to go. Always talk to a person when I call, technicians are always respectful and completely resolve issues on the rare occasion they do have come out. Can't ask for more.

GVTC in the city of Boerne is, for the most part monopolized. Many people in Boerne are stuck using just one company for both internet and cable. Tech support, treats users like children, in addition to frequency in service outage, with no additional discounts or apologies. Again we ask ourselves who els can we request? Here is a famous line I here " Wireless is never a guarantee."
