On the 19th of April 2023.the company I work for trusted this company to work on our company vans, which are the main necessity of our line of business. Especially with the summer coming up. Here it is May 31st and they hadnt touched them! Well $500.00 later for another towing we had them moved to another shop! WE WILL NOT BE DOING BUSINESS WITH SAND MOUNTAIN TRANSMISSION EVER AGAIN!! Thanks for NOTHING!! Theyd get zero stars from me! But you have to give at least 1 to post a review Service: Transmission

I recently had the opportunity to do business with this company and from all the times I spoke on the phone they always told me they would get right on it. Well... a month later and they had not even started on my vehicles when they told me a month earlier that they would get started right away! These are company vans and our guys need these vans during the summer to do their job. I will not recommend anyone to this company. The customer service is also not the best. Me or my company will NOT be using Sand Mountain Transmission again!
