Their service is great. You might have to wait for a appointment but it's well worth the wait. When I set my alarm off by mistake no matter what time of day they call right after it goes off. Cameras are great really clear day or night. Service people are very professional and knowledgeable. Wouldn't trade them for anything. Keep up the great customer service.

The tec that came out was great. Plastering and very thorough. There was a part that was bad and he went above board to find the right. Thanks for great service

Terrible customer service, I haven't been able to get service for over a month, how can I trust a company with my home safety when their phone support does not even answer or respond.

After paying $50 per month for five years, I called them with a service issue. It took them 24 hours to return my call. I pay $7 per month for Security Care Plus, which requires them to do all the repairs on the system. Apparently, the $420 I've spent on that VIP package, merits a 24-hour wait to respond to a service issue. Who knows how long it would have taken for them to respond if I wasn't paying for the extras. When they were selling me their service, they were all over me like white on rice. In the subsequent five years, I have not received a single follow-up call regarding questions or concerns.

We have had Vector security services since November 2021. In the beginning we had billing issues, took several months to work out.
In addition, we have had ongoing service issues. We have 8 sensors, and two motion detectors. We do not live in the house, my husband goes to the house once or twice a week. There is very little activity at this house but we wanted a security service as a precaution. We get multiple low battery alerts every week. We have changed about 15 batteries out so far. We believe that the sensors are a poor quality. My husband called for the service department to come out mid December 2022. The earliest the service department could come out was 1/13/2023. We have gotten several low battery alerts since he called Vector in mid December. I do not recommend using this company.
