I was looking for 3 things; free parking, free hot breakfast and indoor pool. Embassy suites has all 3. Very spacious rooms...love that there are 2 tvs so I don't have to watch what the kids are watching. Staff is very friendly ( hello Allen at the front desk).
Only complaint I have is wifi doesn't really work.

Needs updating, old & dingy. Ceiling crumbling in hallway, pieces allover floor & giant terrible patching job bedroom ceiling. Buckets in lobby collecting drips. Breakfast was decent.

Great hotel! Only wish the happy hour buffet was bigger like before pre-covid but still a great place to stay. Love the free breakfast and the fact they allow small dogs.
Walkability: Extremely close to Summit Park if you like to walk or jog.

This hotel is a dump! I travel often for work, and Id never stay here again. The room was dirty and very worn down. You could see spots in the ceilings and walls patched/ painted very poorly. Both TVs didnt work in my room- got 1 to work after trying awhile. The internet is almost non-existent here, and worthless if you want to work in your room. Had to use the hot spot on my phone instead. Front desk staff said its a known issue, but reading reviews it seems to be in issue for a very long time now. The lock on my door wasnt working unless I lifted the door and shoved the lock. Thankfully I have my own hotel door jam alarm I travel with. There wasnt even 1 cup in my room to have a drink in, and when I called the front desk, they said I had to come down and get one from the bar. The hotel was extremely noisy from people in the halls to the echos of the atrium. Additionally, my windows were shut and locked, but sounded like they were open and I old here trucks pulling in behind the building. 2 elevators didnt work either! Id never come back here!

I would not recommend this hotel or return myself. My family and I checked in and quickly realized our room was not clean. As discussed in other reviews, the hotel in general is very ran down and has not been well taken care of. The carpet in our room was old, dirty and stained to the point that the bottoms of my toddlers feet were black from walking around the room for less than 5 minutes. As we were trying to unload our luggage into the room, housekeeping was cleaning a nearby room and took left over cups of old coffee (from another guest) and poured it into a plastic sack I had containing our shampoos, soaps, toothpastes, etc. Then when we noticed and asked them to stop they responded "Oops, sorry, we thought that was trash." Keep in mind our luggage and sacks were outside of our room and no where near the room they were "cleaning". The room was very stuffy and had a musty smell and thermostat was set to 78 degrees. When we returned to the front desk to express our concerns with the cleanliness of the room, the woman working at the front desk asked my husband "well, what's your definition of dirty?" We asked that our money be refunded and we checked out 30 minutes after checking in.
