Toilet leaks water on floor from base, remote broke, TV had 3 pressure marks from someone's kids pushing on the screen, bathroom sink was extremely slow draining and smelled like sewer, air ducts had 1/4" dust buildup on vents and wall, pool was cloudy and not sanitary. And lastly, the AC either didnt work well or at all. I guess this is what doubled prices gets us, right into executives and shareholders pockets instead of hotel upkeep

I do not like to leave negative reviews because of the impact to the business but this one is necessary. I booked a total of four rooms for my family and I. Upon arrival I specified to the woman working the front desk that I would like to pay for all the rooms and have my family pay their own deposit for incidentals. She reassured me that it was allowed and would leave my card on file so when the rest of my family members would arrive to check in. There was an older gentleman behind the counter working with her complaining he was sick and tired and handing everything over to the woman taking care of me. She couldnt even concentrate trying to check me in because of the gentleman complaining and the amount of guests waiting around for help. I understand we are human and can feel sick and tired but he should have gone to his manager and asked to go home. Staff/shift changes happened later on and there was a younger woman who checked the rest of my family in and everything went terrible after. Rooms were NOT clean hairs every where, heater does not work, carpets smelled and stained, and the hot tubs are the filthiest. There was a lot of teenagers running around horse playing with no adult supervision. On top of it all there is a huge billing error with my reservations. The hotel staff charged my family member for her room and deposit when I specifically said to charge my card. I am also being charged for a total of 5 hotel rooms and have been calling the hotel and my bank to resolve this problem. If possible just book at the Radisson attached to Mall of America.
