I recently had a new A/C and furnace installed by Wm Masters. The professionalism definately showed up when Tanner and Gage did my installation. They both had my systems up and running in less than 5 hours. I read some of the posts that others had been saying and its definately true. These guys most definately knew what they were doing, all while being totally clean by putting down a runner so as not to scuff my hardwood floor and keeping dust and etc. to a minimum. We were talking to each other a lot but that didn't seem to slow them down. Both Tanner and Gage were extremely polite and respectful of the interior of my home. Where have all the technicians like these two gone? When they left I couldn't even tell that they had been working in my home. Sad to say that when they left, my home was probably cleaner than when they arrived. I would like to recomment Wm Master, Inc Tanner and Gage for any heating/cooling installation you may ever need. I have always had Wm Masters do all my hvac, in house water filtration system and a new water heater installation. Not to mention that they came and installed my new dishwasher and garbage disposal too. Good job guys, thanks so much.

Our HVAC nightmare came true when the heat exchanger failed on our 25 year old furnace. Wm. Masters came out and gave us options, we selected the right system, and scheduled the replacement. It was a pleasure to have our installers Tanner and Gage in our home. They were respectful of our home and worked without fanfare to finish the complete system replacement - they were done in ONE day! This is not the first time that Wm. Masters has saved our bacon! Thanks to the whole crew that makes it all work!

We needed a new furnace to replace our 20+ year old unit. The project specialist Shawn came out right away and was very friendly and knowledgeable about the available replacement options, features, and pricing. The installers Tanner and Gage were very polite and professional and worked quickly and neatly. The price we paid for the furnace was very competitive and we knew everything would be done right with this company. We have been long time customers of Wm. Masters and in the past have had them install our water heater, air conditioner, and EV charging port. They always do a great job. Highly recommended.

Mike and Wm Masters has been great! I had a sewer emergency and they were out same day and fixed the immediate issue. They explained every step that was needed and why. Turn around time to get quote for future project was quick considering it included pulling another company in to work together. I will be using them in the future! And for my other electric needs!
