Attempted to install a new thermostat stupidly on a really cold day. I ended up misfiring one of the 4 wires and didn't realize it. Someone from Bratcher called me back and walked me through my issue over the phone free of charge. I offered to pay for the couple of minutes walking me through things over the phone but they wouldn't take it. They got my heat up quick for such a simple issue, and my family and I are super grateful. I will use them again in the future just because of this positive experience. I am so glad that I have had C&E heating for the  past 26 years.  I have moved 3 times in that time and have always counted on their professional service.  In all these years, Gary Hall has serviced my furnace and air conditioning systems.  I am very pleased not only because of his timeliness, but his professional manner and his tremendous knowledge of all systems.  I really like the yearly maintenance agreements your company offers.  When I first moved here in 2017, my furnace went out and it was very cold that day.  He  had to go back to the shop and got the part and had me up and running right away.  His stick to it till the job is finished and follow up calls make him one of the best.  Keep up the great work Gary.
