Bought some grow lights from the business owner here. They were advertised as brand new, however when I contacted the manufacturer of the lights I was told they were replaced in late 2020 for the warm channel not working on 2 lights, the same 2 lights will not work on Bluetooth as they are supposed to. The third light dimmer features do not work. Of course the owner of the company would know that these were not brand new. I would request a full refund however I am sure this business owner is as shady as the ad for the lights I got ripped off purchasing. I would recommend going anywhere else.

Took over an hour to talk to a live person. The problems was handled with the live person. The mechanical response wasn't any help. This was for an after hours pickup. We spent 2 hours to finally get the problems solved. Good company, very bad after hours help. No local numbers to call to resolve problems.
