Brad from Black Hills Professional Home Inspection LLC scheduled my warranty inspection at his earliest open availability. He arrived on time, was cordial, professional, knowlegable, and thorough. He worked from the outside to the inside including crawl space and attic. He used photography as well as thermal photography for verification of his finds, levels, and whatever tools needed to address any concerns he witnessed. He conveyed a genuine concern advocating buyer protection. I opted for radon testing as well. His report was received promptly. My wife and I often travel annually to Custer, SD and we stay at various places, last year I would've loved to have a home inspector in Rapid City come out and take a look at this one place we thought of buying, but I honestly didn't think any inspectors served that area, so high up in the Black Hills.
