image My wife an I were on the market for a double-wide, and Keenan was happy to help us. It was an arduous process obtaining a land deal but Keenan was patient and helpful through it all. He made sure to touch base regularly and went the extra-mile to help us lock in a favorable price.
Unfortunately the land deal did not pan out so we weren't able to purchase a home, but Keenan was still just as personable and polite even when it didn't look like we were going to make things work out. If we ever decide to buy a manufactured home in the future, Keenan will be the first person I look up.

image Overall, our experience buying our modular from Centennial was decent.
Trevor was our salesman, he is very nice and easy to work with.
If you do make any changes to your home, MAKE SURE you get it on paper from your sales person.
We had changed our kitchen island and I went back and forth via email with Trevor about the changes. He neglected to put it on the work order to the factory so we ended up with the island we did not want. Even though I have the emails from Trevor stating that our island was to be changed, we were told that since the house was finished that we would need to pay out of pocket for it.
We did have some other issues but Aaron (the warranty repair person) took care of them and got us fixed up.
Chris will be in charge of delivery and setup. Chris is pretty rough around the edges, good luck with him. They did get our home delivered and set on a cold snowy day in February, good job on that!!
Expect another $10k-ish in expenses after your modular is set on the basement/crawl space. Plumbing and electrical will still need to be hooked up and finished. You will also need to caulk and paint the entire interior, which was fine with us since I put up tile in the kitchen and master bath.
The plastic siding blows, but as soon as we get some hail we will be putting on steel siding and roof panels.
In the end, we have a well built home that should last us many, many years.
Thank you Centennial.

image We were a little leery of purchasing a manufactured home in the beginning of this adventure and became even more hesitant after Leighty homes sold the house we had reserved. This all being said, Centennial homes has completely changed the bitter perspective we had on buying a home. Our salesman Keenan was very supportive throughout our entire adventure and helped us understand the process, even through this crazy pandemicmonium. The set up crew has been awesome and has coordinated everything thoroughly and explained every step of the process. If you are in the market for a new home and dont want to deal with misinformation or sign on the line tactics then I highly recommend Centennial.

image Worst company ever. Never once did they call and ask about the trailer and any issues. When built this one must have bern a Monday or Friday. Construction is terrible. Strips are not pounded in over cracks of sheet rock. Corner pieces have nothing to pound into.
Can't replace lite bulb on stove hood vent. They are soldered in. 1 year later and they never finished replacing siding. Took my old trailer that was suppose to be demolished and took it to their yard to use for a shop, yet I still get notices from city. I can go on and on.
