My husband and I stayed for 2 nights, at the first glance the room looked fine, but the lighting was dim, we were evening missing lightbulbs in the lamps (which we later discovered was because they were broken completely). It was a very shabby uncomfortable room. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Every corner of the room was filthy and there was mold growing above the window that looked like someone tried to glue wallpaper over the top of. On top of it being dirty, 2 out of 3 front desk ladies were very unprofessional and smelled like cigarettes, the house keeping staff was the most unprofessional. The house keeping staff were SCREAMING and I mean screaming at each other in the hallway at 8am and then the male house keeper was trying to get into our room while the other yelled at him that it was the wrong room but he kept trying anyway. Then they started vacuuming the hallway outside our room and they were ramming the vacuum into our door. This was absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had at a hotel.
The water slides were cool, but the hotel rents them out for birthday parties until 11pm so they were always packed and pretty much unable for hotel goers to use.
The shower wall had someone elses mascara smeared on the wall, when I pulled a tissue out of the tissue box in the bathroom there was food in the tissues. There was also someone elses hair all over the bathroom floor. The last picture posted was taken in the bathroom on the side of the vanity. There is dirt, grime, other peoples hair and trash that was just left there.
It was gross

Place was very gross and the rooms smelt terrible DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Stayed here for the water slide area and that part was fun and 4 star, but not worth the $130ish per room. Disappointed that rooms were quite shabby and in need of upgrade. Super loud with kids running up and down the hall past midnight. Appeared to be lots of non hotel guests in the waterslide area.
Rooms: Very drab, old and tired looking decor. Comforter dingy with a light stain. Bathroom door looked very worn and peeling. Feeling stained. Beige wallpaper stating to peel.
