I went because I wanted to see them to see if they could rent an apartment and I left without wanting to do so. I was impressed because the ones in the part next to Walmrt are horribly ugly, the windows are smashed, the doors without locks, ears on the walls, it smells ugly, really, very ugly.

Do you like moldy apartments and unidentified leaks that ruin your furniture? Do you like creepy old maintenance men that dont fix anything and Hispanics that drink all day right outside your apartment?Then this is the perfect place for you! These people lost my lease and tried to up my rent for these deplorable conditions. Random power outages, old smoke alarms going off in vacant apartments. Oh and be aware, they rent these apartments out to the people that sit outside of the circle k across the street for cheap bc they have no ss cards and just cash. I could say so much more but just do yourself a favor and avoid this place like that plague!

Update Below: I been living here for half a year. I moved here right after college. I decided to move here because the rent is the lowest in Hoover with the highest Google ratings. Crystal and the staff is amazing. Im so glad I found this place.
3 years later update: After new ownership took over this place went down FAST! Big rats everywhere. Trash piled up for weeks at dumpster. My sink was clogged up for over 6 months and I would go there everyday and ask the office to fix it and no one would ever come. I eventually Moved. You cant pay your rent online anymore. You have to go inside and pay with a check. Maintenance is nonexistent there. People play music outside all night and they shoot fireworks all night. Police is there daily. I loved this place when I first moved there but after new ownership, it went down FAST!!!!!

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! Since the new management has taken over, these apartments has gone all the way down. My first year and few months over here was nothing short of amazing. Lincoln properties took great care of the property. New people don't keep up the maintenance. It takes MONTHS to get anything fixed and you have to constantly ask about your repairs. The rent office is no longer on this property; you have to go the place at the galleria to that office. Makes no sense. If you're looking for a nice, clean, well managed property DON'T come here. I've never had pest until lately. Also, thank goodness I keep up with my paperwork because they didn't even have a copy of my lease!!! Explain that to me please. I usually don't write reviews but I feel like this the only way some change MIGHT take place.
I miss Ms. Crystal and Lincoln Properties.
