      image My twin boys prom was this weekend and they lost one of their suits. Their suits were ordered well in advance. One of their suits was received but was huge, it fit very poorly. If management reads this post, I highly recommend additional training of staff on measurements. The other suit never arrived. First I was told on Thursday morning that it was on the truck to be delivered that day but this was incorrect. Then on Thursday evening after holding on the phone for 45 minutes we were told that it was lost. They used Fed Ex to ship the suit on 3/22 and it never arrived. Im giving 2 stars just because of one employee who tried and found him something in store that he could wear for prom. We have an upcoming wedding and were planning on using MW now we have changed our minds.
