Sharon was very helpful with our order. They were quick to attend to us when we arrived to pickup our custom cut shelves. And they loaded them for us and asked us to inspect before loading. And they were perfectly cut and clean and just as we had ordered over the phone. They did a fabulous job all the way around from ordering to pickup to providing service as we requested. They were also the cheapest in Jefferson, Shelby, Chilton, and Autauga counties. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE AND WE WILL DEFINITELY RETURN TO THEM IN THE FUTURE!

I contacted a couple of other places before calling Hoover Glass service and wow what a night and day difference of the customer service. The service guys happen to be in our area and came out about 30 minutes later. They were very courteous and professional l. They stocked the door glass I needed and had it replaced in one visit. My girlfriends house is now secure again. I couldnt be more happier with my experience with Hoover Glass Services. Thank you all.

EXCELLENT! AMAZING! Stop looking around or calling referral services....just use HOOVER GLASS - I did all the rest of that for you!
Professional, fair prices, communicate with customers well; happy to share ideas if "special" glass situations are required. Ryan made one trip out to see what we "had" (shower remodel) . Then made a plan, took measurements, promptly emailed very reasonable quote (we had others); gave realistic install date, called ahead, then showed up on time and properly installed a new "half" shower door and re-installed "old" shower door in a new location to match the new "half" door. Got the hardware right, didn't make a mess and didn't mess up something else in the process. And NO awkward last-minute price changes.

I had an absolute great experience with Hoover Glass. Karen was a delight to speak with via phone and in person. Once I arrived I was graciously welcomed and assisted with a smile. All of the employees greeted me as they passed me in the waiting area. Bobby was very helpful in helping me make sure the glass I was getting cut was the correct size and proper fit for a shelving unit I have. I would highly recommend them.
