Called about a load and never agreed to take it and they sent me over an email and I declinded it, never signed a rate con or anything, flash forward 5 days to day it was supposed to load and I get a call asking if driver is good for pick up, I reply with I never accepted that load, and get cussed out by and then just a few minutes later I get a call from a Kevin who cusses me out again and continues to call for what reason Im not sure but I will never do business with them again

Contracted a load through Interstar, upon arrival to the pickup location we were told there would be a delay before we got loaded. We alerted Interstar, and we were advised we would be paid detention. Over two weeks later, detention received = None. Communication= None. I get the general impression that this is merely a brokerage that provides no real value to the transportation industry just trying to make a buck off everyone else's hard work.
