I was looking for two waiters for an event I have coming up. I am the customer, so when I received a message telling me I could text, email or call this person. I promptly texted and when I notified the person that this was the most convenient for me at the moment, they told me to "get lost". Unprofessional, rude, and has no sense for how to conduct themselves.
Edit: And now he has the audacity to say it's my fault for not "understanding him". This tells you the caliber of person that's running this business. How they've managed to "operate for years" is a complete mystery. I took the time to call him because of his absolute rudeness. It took time away from my day to deal with his unprofessionalism. I don't owe him an excuse for why I prefer to text in any given moment, it's his obligation to his customer to meet them where they are.
