I have been with the company for about a month and a half now and I am amazed by them! The office staff is fantastic, and they welcomed me into the family with open arms. Ive never seen such efficient employees and it is so nice, everyone helps everyone!
I have met several of our caregivers, or talked to them over the phone and they are all so sweet, they really care, and you can especially see that in times like we just had this week with the weather. We had caregivers stepping up to make sure our clients were cared for as best they could! Saying yes to my job offer was the best thing I couldve done! I love it!

Please beware. The sitter that was used for my dad for the daytime shift was on her telephone for most of the shift. She did attend to Daddys needs as far as commode and food and dispensing medications. My father told me he kept turning the TV up, hoping that she would take the hint and get off of the phone. She did not. Also, there was a last minute cancellation with no back up. Thank God I was in town and not across the country while depending on this service. I canceled all scheduled services and will never use this Agency again.

Hello, I am so sorry this was your experience with our company as I know this was extremely stressful for you and your loved one. From our understanding, our last visit with you was January 4th, and we were not notified of the excessive phone usage until January 9th (2 hours before the scheduled shift with the caregiver of concern). This allowed us limited time to counsel the caregiver and gave us no time to find a replacement. Unfortunately, the caregiver did call off and we spoke to you in regards to working on the shift. When we attempted to call back we were unable to reach you, and we had to leave a voicemail. Office staff members were willing to assist in the home, but since we did not hear from you after our second attempt, the shift was canceled. Although this one day did not go as planned for all involved, we have accommodated last minute request from your family in the past and would be more than happy to service your father again. I am sorry we were not given an opportunity to find a resolution to this situation.

Extremely happy with their caregivers and office staff. They have taken the BEST care of my mother and it has been a blessing having them there when we needed them the most. The care my mother received was unbelievable and she grew very fond of one caregiver in particular. She has been attentive and kind and understands my mothers needs. If you are looking for a group of folks who truly care, then Always There does just that. They are always there and ready to help you and your family member in need! Because they treated my mom like one of their own!
