The service Call fee was just to come out and give an estimate. The technician estimated four hours to repair at $1000.
I am mediately, called another company who came out and fixed it on their first call for a quarter of the estimated price from Blueskyrain. Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance

Not sure where to start.
1. Anytime a company starts overselling their credentials, training and technology.. red flag. Its smoke and mirrors to take away from their $$
2. When you look at their suspect website, (suspect because they sell everything in 1. before you talk to anyone)
And your friends who have experience with them tell you they are over priced and will over sell. LISTEN!!
3. When every good sprinkler repair company or guy is booked, but they are available red flag
4. Your service tech has a smirk Im getting paid todaylook on his face while wearing dolce and gabbana glasses. After your friends and EVERYONE tells you they upsell for commissions, NOT SAYING THATS TRUE, but its perception. Red flag
5. Most importantly when they have a 2.8 star google rating dont call.
Bottom line I ignored all these signs and paid $340 for a quote that was way overpriced. I have the same job being done for a fraction of the cost. Not a simple fix job, but the exact same work they quoted me for being done. Here are the numbers. I was quoted by Blue sky $2700 for a job Im paying $600 for with another company.
Theres a possibility Ill get a re-response for how Im wrong as Ive seen with other reviews.
2.8 stars dont lie which means most of us arent either.
If you dont know much about pvc, tape, valves and cement, they will take you to the house. I do I just work to much to fix it myself.
Call them if you want to, get another quote as well.
They probably do a great job. The value is terrible in comparison.

When my old sprinkler system began to fail in just about every way, I 'found' Blue Sky's website and filled out the job request form. I knew nothing about them except that their website was quick and easy. Over the years I had called on two other services. Both were a waste of money and I had become skeptical of all of them. However, Blue Sky was indeed a pleasant surprise. I promptly received a phone call to confirm the date and time that I had requested. Then, things got even better. A very professional fellow named Jim came and worked nonstop for most of the day. Now my sprinklers work like new. Another surprise was the reasonable price. So, if your sprinklers need major repair or just a tune-up, call Blue Sky. Rest assured, you won't be disappointed. And, Jim just might show up. Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance
