image My son just had outpatient surgery and the nursing and admin staff were super patient, kind, and answered all questions of my (very nervous son). Being a busy Realtor and single mom, I very much appreciated being allowed to leave to run a couple of time sensitive errands. Thanks for making a stressful experience go smoothly!

image My grandmother was moved to Brookwood so that she would receive "better care." She fell and broke her leg and was told she would need surgery. She would've been better off just going home at this point. The doctor ordered for the nurses to ice and elevate her leg, which they didn't do, giving her fracture blisters. Even basic things like giving her food and getting her water was not done. She was there for 2 days before they gave her any of her daily medications and now has had an episode with her heart. My mother asked to speak with a charge nurse or supervisor and was ignored. She was told that the house supervisor would come talk to her "when he had a minute." Never came. She is being looked over and not properly cared for. This is by far the worst experience in health care our family has ever had.
