Bought a 2018 Ford Focus for my son that clearly needed some work such as new tires and windshield repair. But was told that otherwise car was sound. One star because they did repair the windshield wipers after the car was purchased.
All downhill from there. Car is undrivable as transmission case is broken and leaking fluid everywhere. Brake pads almost shot. About twenty more other less life-threatening issues. Will cost about 6K to repair. Will never get money back and was sold a dangerous car. So disappointed.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! They give you the run around. Be prepared to buy a lemon. They will not fix anything unless you pay for it. Cars sold as is. They will not work with you. All cars on the lot are not good cars. They will try to persuade you into buying a car, even lower the price. They care more about the money and cars except the customers needs.

Great people and good way to get on your feet if you want an easy way in! Ronza was great. As long as you maintain your car and pay your car note you will love them!
