Would definitely not recommend. I Set up a date to have the chimney inspected and swept. I took off work and they never showed up or called. I tried calling them with no answer 3-4 times. As soon as I call from a different number they answer on two rings. I found out later that they didnt show up or call for someone else I work with as well.

We have lived in our house for over 3 years and never used the gas fireplace - couldnt light the pilot. Lee was kind enough to troubleshoot a couple items and give an estimate of how long things would take and what would happen if on the right track. Sure enough after about 5 minutes, I felt like Tom Hanks in Castaway.
