You should always receive good customer service and a warm greeting when you enter any of our facilities and we will address this issue with our staff to make sure that it is not a reoccurring issue, everyone should feel welcome at the Y, regardless of our differences and that is at the forefront of our mission, thank you for bringing this to our attention. Pertaining to the condition of our showers, we are consistently working to address any maintenance issues as they arise, we will utilize your insight to make the necessary repairs and also make sure that our cleaning staff takes the time to thoroughly address any deficits in cleaning.
