My grandfather went missing and they waited 5 days until we forced the news to say something to put out a missing person report. They knew he had PTSD Alzheimer's and still didnt care. They claimed to have looked around the bus station where he went missing but we all know it was a lie because he was found under a bridge next to the station deceased due to the weather's elements! Shame on you BPD. You didnt take your jobs serious and now my family is dealing with the after math. I now see why people dont trust yall.

I called the headquarters 254-1700 at 2:10 and the phone rang 30 times before I hung up. I then called the 254-2000 number which was answered immediately. The operator then tried to connect me with the headquarters and I let the phone rang another 30 times and nobody answered. I guess everybody is out protecting the Southside.
