Receiving a phone call back from this agency is near to impossible. I've been with this agency for a while now & I used to get a timely response when I called from Mrs Constance. Ron on the other hand apparently doesn't check the voicemails for his agency & certainly doesn't follow up with his clients. It's a disgrace!

I had multiple policies with Allstate Insurance in a different state when I acquired a house in Alabama. I simply asked Ron to add a policy for my acquisition and bill me under my current payment plan that had already been established.
Mr. Hall in his incompetence added a policy and and not only did he fail to add it to my payment plan he sent the paper bill to my street address but for the state of Alabama, which did not exist.
Months later the post office figured out his error and forwarded the mail to me. By that time the policy had lapsed and I was without insurance on my home for several months before I became aware of his error.
To add insult to injury he lied to me and told me he was going to fix the problem in a manner so as to avoid any time out of force but instead he had underwriting issue another policy and collected premium from me in advance under the guise that it was for back-dated premiums for policy reinstatement.
He is incompetent, but beyond that I found him to be dishonest and if you have your property insured with him you are at risk for similar mishaps because of his ineptness.
