My wife and I recently visited Brombergs, and I must say, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. Over the years we have bought several pieces from Bromberg's, but this experience was much better than we experienced before. I want to highlight the outstanding customer service by Paige, who truly went above and beyond to ensure my visit was memorable.
She greeted us with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. Usually we feel out of place in jewelry stores, but Paige immediately made us feel welcome and comfortable. What struck me most was her genuine interest in helping us find the perfect piece of jewelry rather than simply making a sale. She took the time to understand what we were considering and our preferences, offering insights and recommendations tailored to our taste. What I appreciated most was her willingness to listen and provide honest feedback without any pressure, and was very patient as my wife tried on what seemed to be half of the jewelry in the store. It was evident that her priority was making a good impression.
In today's day in age, true customer service seems like a rarity. However, Paige exemplified my definition of exceptional customer service.
We will be going back!

The team at Mountain Brook has very limited knowledge about rolex watches (or at least some models). Took my watch for resizing and they told me the case is authentic but they are not sure about the strap and thus cant resize it (they thought something about the strap looked weird and it felt lighter (all nonspecific reasons that you hear from people on the street and nothing specific as should be provided by a respectable AD). They suggested I take my new expensive watch and resize it down the street at a non AD. Drove all day to the Huntsville AD (Loring & Co) where I resized it and they checked everything and told me my GMT 2 was 100% authentic and had a great experience there, and continued to Nashville AD where they said the same thing. Birmingham deserves a better AD or at least a more knowledgeable team.
