WORST HOTEL DO NOT STAY HERE! Booked here as a layover for our trip to Florida for Spring break. After 10 plus hours of driving it took 3 different rooms to get one we could stay in - first one was dirty had hair on the bathroom counter, second one the door look system wouldn't work and finally the third we could bare. Place is dirty and unkept. In the morning the shower was freezing cold. Have paper stating I would get a refund signed by Puja at the front desk but nothing from TJ the manager or a refund and our stay on 3/22/24. Every time I called the manager wasn't there and the last time he was going "out of town". Do not stay here for the love of God don't do it!

I needed a close overnight hotel close to the hospital for the next day. Service was great. Rooms clean and well stocked with name brand products. No complaints.

Horrendous. Do not stay here. Filthy from the lobby to the even worse rooms. Several staff members smoking outside by the sign posted that says no smoking. Dog owners allowed to keep their animals off leases and wander the halls. Both Bedspreads had tons of stains. Floors covered in dirt, hair, etc. Bathroom door broken to where my wife got stuck in there. Tv channels malfunction and cumbersome. Very VERY few redeeming qualities. Location being the only real one I can think of. I know its cheap. But you at least expect clean. Never again. Will pay more for better.
Rooms: Terrible. Disgusting.
Nearby activities: Lots of things nearby.
Safety: Questionable area.

Beware, this hotel has hidden fees. Although, Pets are allowed it doesn't state that there are pet fees. The fees are ridiculously unreasonable if you have multiple and equal outnto be nore than the actual price of the room. Current fee is $25 per pet each night.
The walls are thin and tenants were extremely noisy. The cleaning people need to seriously learn boundaries. They knocked on the door to ask if we need toiletries and practically barged in when the no disturb sign was on the door. I won't be staying here again.
