According to my experience, terrible costumer service and very disorganized. Due to their disorganization, they are charging me extra. I've been wanted to resolve the problem, no one calls me back to resolve it. Worse still, one of its owners threw the phone at me because according to him, I have to pay what they are overcharging me. When I had a concern about a strange movement in the elevator and asked to speak to James Hogan, his response when he took the phone was "I thought the building was on fire." They are kind until they have to resolve a problem. The technicians on the other hand are kind. But I do not recommend this company. Very disappointed.
