Good Doctors / Bad Service

Initial appointment was never entered into computer, so it cost me & I had to go pay full price at walk in clinic that didn't use my insurance to keep medication filled. Then have been lied to and ignored on several occasions by more than one member of the front desk staff. Doctors have been great. There is very bad service however. Good luck getting your medical records if you ever need them. God luck not being put on hold for a long time when you call. This place is supposed to be therapeutic, so why are they a source of my stress?

Good Doctors / Bad Service

My MD appointment was not entered into the computer like they said it was, so they didn't see me that day when I came in, so I had to pay full price at a walk in clinic in order to get refills of medications that it would have been dangerous to run out of. Then I have been lied to by one member of the front desk staff, who said my doctor had told them something that the doctor later told me he never said. Also, when you call, expect to hear "Grayson and Associates - will you please hold". You may even expect to get the emergency answering service during the middle of normal business hours. I have been brushed off by members of front desk and management with them saying "I'll call you back" and then not calling back. It feels like they will do whatever it takes to just get you off the phone & not really help you. Doctors & PhDs and counselors have been great, once you make it through the thick rudeness and lack of concern by the overly busy front desk staff. There is very bad "se

Grayson & Associates Homewood Office

I'm only giving this location 2 stars for Dr. Lucas. He's a good listener, but the front desk must be very unorganized. They schedule me on days he isn't there/days they're closed. I haven't seen him in over a year, but I still have to drive an hour every month to get prescriptions. Whenever I leave them messages to refill my prescriptions, I give them a week. Then they STILL aren't ready. The only reason I'm still with these people is because I like Dr. Lucas. I was with him at the Trussville location, and I never had these problems. Then he moved to the Homewood location. I'm going to voice my complaints to them in person (WHENEVER my prescription is ready). I'm going to give them one more chance, but this is ridiculous. It's consistently like this every month. I'm in nursing school, and I know a lot about business. This isn't how it's suppose to work. I also failed a class, & I believe not getting my prescriptions on time had something to do with it. I've never even made a C in coll
