My husband and I used this company 7 years ago. This company was wonderful and our ceremony was absolutely beautiful. We have referred several of our friends who were also very happy with the service received. We chose the package we wanted and did our best to stay within the guidelines of that package; however, we did have a few minor requests and the staff was very accommodating. Thank you so much for helping make our day perfect! I could not have wanted more!

I contacted this company with hopes of doing my wedding in July. I am now scrambling to find someone else. I messaged them interested in a package deal just for the photos and decor, I received a rather curt message back two days later to which I was informed I was NOT ALLOWED to have bridesmaids or groomsman. I was NOT ALLOWED to bring any of my own decor, and I was NOT ALLOWED to pick my flowers???? WTH how do you even get a customer base that way??? Who conducts business like this? I would understand if it would've effected their pocket books, but we offered to PAY EXTRA and bring our own flowers, coordinate our own bride/groomsman and apparently "customization is not permitted". Forgive me, I guess I wasn't aware it was up to the coordinator whether or not you can enjoy the wedding they want 1000$ for!

About six months ago, this business coordinated my older sister's beach wedding. I believe my sister told me it was the seashell symphony package, and I just wanted to say that ceremony was absolutely gorgeous and the most beautiful wedding I had ever been to. The colors matched perfectly and beautifully, and I especially loved how they only used REAL flowers. I was the maid of honor, and I spoke with the coordinator, Mrs. Roseanne, quite a bit to help plan everything. Mrs. Roseanne was so sweet and helpful. There were a few small misunderstandings about what we wanted, but after we met up with her for lunch, things were cleared up completely. My sister was so happy with how everything came out. Maybe I'll even have this company do my wedding one day! :) Thank you Mrs. Roseanne for such beautiful and hard work.
P. S. I don't believe any of these negative reviews for a second. We spoke with people who have previously worked with this company before, and we heard nothing but nice things about Mrs. Roseanne. Don't trust just anyone on the Internet.

If you have a vision for your beach wedding, this is not where you want to go! When planning a destination wedding, it started with a simple telephone call and everything was a go. I sent a follow-up email to confirm some details to get an email that started with: maybe we should refund your money....
The package chosen was what was suggested based on my guest list. Then I asked that no chair covers were needed, just sashes, no arch was needed - because I simply wanted the beach to be the backdrop, and no bouquet was necessary because I was going to make my own.
I thought this was a simple request for the most important day of my life, right? WRONG... the reply I received was SO RUDE, NO OTHER SUGGESTIONS were offered, NO telephone call.... It appears since I had my own vision, it was a problem even when their website says they could customize a package...but that wasn't suggested either! Just: maybe we should refund your $. What a way to conduct a wedding business!

We planned a simple elegant destination beach wedding at sunset, the seashell symphony.  It rained hard and it went down hill from there.  We had to secure another venue in a area where we did not reside within 2 days. (no assistance from the wedding planner) The chair sashes were the wrong color, the walkway was so small my son could not walk me down the aisle.  I never saw any lush tropical anything.  The music for my entrance was so low I could not hear it.  She did not direct the guest to stand for my entrance.  We never heard the exit song.  Many of my guests complained about the coordinator.  She called numerous times right before the wedding complaining of how everything was going wrong and how this has never happened before, We felt we did not receive any direction or guidance, maybe it was not part of the package we purchased.  The bouquet they made for me and the flowers that were pinned were very beautiful.
