      image No one greeted us on their phones never help us. Wanted to buy local. SCHEELS here we come. You have camras look how they were on their phones unprofessional Im glad you can afford people to be on their phones on not doing their job. Wish your business the best.

      Hi Bird, I am sorry to hear about your experience at my store. I like to think my employees are better than that. We do use our cell phones for our store phones through an app, so if they were talking they would have been on a call, but if they were just looking at it, they were surfing (inexcusable). I have sent out a group text to all my employees with your review. If you could tell me the exact day and time, I will review our security cameras and speak to the guilty parties. I offer no excuses and I appreciate the time you took to write this review. I hope in the future you will give us another chance. We usually get very good reviews for our customer service and expertise along with our large selection of inventory. Bill Mitchell
