We have been in the process of buying from here and they have been easy to work with . Melissa has been a wonderful help throughout this entire process for us , helpful and very kind even through our nerves of all of this. When she came here in person she was kind to meet with and walk through our place and made sure stuff was getting done at a fantastic pace. The home looks wonderful! Im thankful she came here , it was a huge help and reassurance for her to travel here . Melissa youre amazing and thank you so much for your help!! . And a thank you to Stacy as well for helping in the final steps and being kind and patient with us . They have been great to work with and look forward to living in the community!

Careful dealing with guys havent lived there in over 10 years and because theyre paper work is screwed up since someone else bought the place they want to bill me for lot rent on a trailer I dont own anymore the new owner went and tried to work something out with them and they refused Ive told them over and over again since the new owners took over that its not my trailer and I dont live there I worked everything out with the previous owners when I left but somehow this place just wants to bill me because I had a agreement 15 years ago with different owners Ive never meet these clowns in charge of the place today but they refuse to take my name off and has let someone else live there and pay under my name for over 10 years the women today told me she isnt going to remove my name even though 8 months ago they said they would they are aware of the new owners of the trailer and have been for a long time
