The business is well kept. The lady of the house will take the order and the husband will get back to you in a timely manner. Both are very pleasant people. He quoted me two prices and still came back with a lower price. I would highly recommend this family owned business

I reached out to Mark on possible repair on my grandfather clock and After a brief conversation on my concerns on my clock, Mark volunteered to look at some pictures I sent him and he walked me through on correcting the issues he noticed in my pictures.
The clock is working fine now with Marks knowledge .I have already referred a family member to him and would highly recommend his service. Thanks Mark , glad to have you in Billings!
