We had a water pipe break here in our newly purchased home in Billings in February while we were in California wrapping up our move to Montana. We are very thankful we called Faithful Disaster Restoration. They took care of everything long distance. The staff and workers did a great job in with the water damage and then the restoration. They were timely, fair and wonderful to work with. You will not be disappointed.

I had a great experience with Faithful. They were helpful with every aspect of repairs after my home flooded. Daq and Adriana were the main people helping me and they did a great job! I would recommend Faithful to everyone.

We had already had a disastrous winter with my husbands broken hip and hip replacement. He was finally home and recovering when our dishwasher flooded the kitchen, dining room and two rooms in the lower level. We were told by another company that it would be a month before they could even come out to evaluate our issues! We walked into Faithfuls office at 3 pm and by 4:30 pm they were hard at work in the mitigation process. Never in our life have we ever dealt with such hard working teams and compassionate people. Because of my husbands injuries all of getting this mess fixed fell on me and I wasnt used to handling these kind of repairs! Michael and his entire team calmed me and assured me that they had my back. They couldnt have been more competent. They were so great at keeping me informed about what they would be doing next and what my roles would need to be! They were so great to work with and cared about us in addition to getting our home back to normal. We give them the highest rating possible and would recommend Faithful Restoration to everyone! Yea Michaels Team!
