Long story short. Over a period of years you see the difference. Billings Big Sky Bobcat is incompetent, amateur knowledge of the most basic equipment, rude customer service, overpriced. Nobody working in this place seems to have any sort of stake in portraying anything close to cutomer service. Zero.
Go to miles city bobcat. Mc bobcat is the direct opposite. No dumb city lazy incompetent attitudes at MC. . NOBRAINER, you will see what I mean!!!!!!!! I put up with this shoddy performance for years, dont waste your time with them, they have no desire to learn. Here today, gone tomorrow. Under this management , they wont last one small recession. Problematic amatuers.
