Here are some recommendations:
Do not hold a business' internet hostage for payment. Especially if the business has been in contact with you about transferring existing credits. Provide a notice to the users that there is an issue before shutting off the connection so that the issue can be resolved before you terminate critical business services. If a business representative calls to pay the account current, you shouldn't need to verify any other information than the business name and address for payment. Do not advertise speeds that you cannot provide in an area. Do not shut off the connection and then not be able to instantly turn it back on. A business cannot wait an hour-24 hours for critical services to be renewed.

My 2 month review... good speeds. Easy self hookup. Hasn't slowed down during peak hours. Price is locked in. My only complaint is the wi-fi modem can't reach my guesthouse without a range extender, but it does cover half of my back yard

Centurylink in Colstrip MT
Use smoke signals or carrier pigeons. Either will be faster.
Their service is so slow, I couldn't access my account from my home computer. Their accounting is so jacked up, I can't pay via mobile either.
Via FB Messenger, they asked for info to authenticate the account. I provided the info, and they couldn't find the account, leaning toward me giving them incorrect info.
I sent them a pic of my bill, which includes all my info, and they still can't figure out how to accept my payment.
At this point, I just wanna know where to send the modem, make my last payment, and be done with their roundy-round games.
