      image Very Very rude and uncaring. Very disappointed they tell you to call if you need anything and when you do they are rude to you and hang up. I need to find a different oxygen supplier!

      image I just read the recent reviews and have to say that I had the exact opposite in service by Billings Oxygen & Medical Equipment. I needed a last-minute temporary oxygen concentrator and they had it at my rental property within one hour. The Billings Clinic representative was kind, efficient and professional - what more can you ask for? Perhaps they should clone the agent who assisted me - she was a lesson in excellent service.
