It's a bit of an odd retail experience if you just stop in to buy something. You tell them what you need and then they go get what they have if they have it. In my case, I desperately needed a quality webcam with internal microphone for an important meeting tomorrow over Zoom. They only had one model in stock, but Costco, Best Buy and Office Depot were all completely out of stock of EVERY model. And what they had was perfect for me. My webcam works perfectly and I am all set. Good customer service as well.

Closes at 5! Really? How are people who actually work and have money to spend supposed to give you their business? Doesn't make any sense from a business model standpoint to me.

Horrible experience. Back in May I met with Gail who worked with me to pick out new furniture for my office. I was with Gail for over an hour, going over measurements, my job, it's location, etc. I called 360 Office Solutions today (3 months later) to ask about updates on my furniture. Gail proceeded to tell me that she lost my information for the order and because of this, nothing had been ordered. Gail told me she had been praying every night that I would call so she could tell me what happened. My concerns are twofold. 1) Gail knew my name and very specific job and location but failed to contact me through other methods including using my credit card information that she assured me was not lost. 2) Gail had every excuse in the book for her failure to put in any effort to remedy the situation she caused. Had she even made one call, it would have been very easy to find me.
Very unprofessional. I would not recommend 0/10
