      image First, I had a tech come out to try and diagnose the issue with my system. He was unable to do so, but assured me a more senior tech would come out to give it another go in 2 days. After a week of being told they would get back to me ASAP I left a negative review from their feedback form. I immediately got a call from the local service manager who came out the next day and, I believe diagnosed the problem. A valve needed replacing and he would have their dispatch team contact me ASAP. Again, 2 days later and no feedback. I understand they may be busy but then just tell me so... this constant run around is very discouraging.
