While I thought ClearBridge Technology Group secured me a great long-term gig with NetApp. All feedback was positive right up until the day of termination and promise of extension from the recruiter, and then, wham and then ghosted me and sat on the unemployment claim and never responded to the state, delaying unemployment benefits to compound the pain of the situation.
I've repeatedly requested feedback on the reason for termination with no response.
I'm not sure how much more unprofessional you could be. It is as much the company they are doing business for as themselves.
Not providing feedback, does not help workers grow professionally and alludes to a deeper, darker problem with the client I was doing work for.
I would not recommend doing work for NetApp, or be willing to expect this kind of treatment as modus operandi from this company or others who serve NetApp.

I had a recruiter contact me from ClearBridge who put " REMOTE" in the subject then buried in the body "The role is fully remote for the time being. Ideal candidate would be interested in relocation after 6 months". I told him he needs to change his subject as it's not remote it's remote till covid and to remove me from his mailing list. Now he's trying to fight me on it.
I was just going to block them, then they started fighting me. I will not be pursuing anything from this company.
