Slipshod and Dangerous

We purchased our Big Bear Lake home in January 2011. Casey Loftis and LPM Construction had completed our home and were available for pickup. After some reasonablly completed projects Mr. Loftis and LPM Construction became unreliable. The last project thar involved them was installation of 5 high end ceiling fan lights. When Loftis and his helper finished all of the fan lamps wobbled wildly and one in our master bedroom made a scraping noise. Loftis refused responsibility for the problems and stated that we had purchased cheap fan lamps. We eventually hired an electrical contractor to inspect the installation. I personally supervised the inspection. All of the fan lights were assembled with loose and/or missing bolts. (all of the fixtures came to us and Loftis in unopened factory packaging with all required parts included) All of the fan lights were installed into light weight plastic electrical boxes that were appropriate only for simple, light weight lighting fixtures.
