Charlie is now my new best friend. He is easy to work with, but even more important, he took special care of me because of my age and other circumstances. As a bonus, the facility is so close to where I'm staying that I can walk there to slowly empty the boxes (and boxes and boxes and boxes). Charlie, David, Amanda -- all are the facility's greatest assets.
It would be impossible for me to be more satisfied.
Earlier, David was lovely to me on the phone, and when I stopped by to see the units, he took me on the grand tour. I'm not young, and he explained things very patiently, and even prevented me from a fall (it's entirely safe; I tripped on absolutely nothing). I'm incredibly pleased to store my household goods at Advantage.
