(5460 Sierra Vista) Drunk building manager screams at people from her 3rd floor balcony on a weekly basis. Black mold in the window-sills, a hole in the bathroom ceiling that hasn't been fixed in over a month. Bugs fall through it whenever we have a storm. I called the office over a dozen times asking for help and never got a response. I emailed the property management team and never got a response. Run. I beg of you. Stay away from here.

My unit (3701 Hughes Ave) got mold after a water leak and Eberly did absolutely nothing to fix it. Instead they sent a mold inspector who was clearly being paid by them to fake a report that says I have no mold, even when a professional testing agency showed that there was mold and multiple doctors claimed mold was making me sick. Apparently the health of tenants isn't something they care about. I've also had maintenance requests, including lack of power, open for weeks with no response, or sometimes get closed without any action. They don't pick up the phone or respond to emails either. Stay away from any of Eberly's properties

Absolutely disgusting and horrible renting company. In the years we lived in an apt managed by them we had countless problems. Bugs, floods, being overcharged and having to fight for our money back. DO. NOT. RENT. WITH. THIS. COMPANY.
