Great clothes, quality is definitely up there with some of the best, but what really did it is the guys in the store. Jack was super helpful, patient and made great suggestions for all the different items and styles we were looking for. Went above and beyond, calling other stores across the country to find sizes and items that were out of stock there. We also worked with Joe who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the items. Can't recommend this store enough 10/10 experience

Used to the service in Antwerp and the Netherlands, we were really disappointed by the way we were treated. We left the store due to inappropriate comments from the salespersons.

Worst customer service ever! We tried different sizes and we are told we can not do it because we are leaving odours stains on the clothes. Go to the one in Venice !
