DO NOT STAY HERE. I am a Hilton diamond member and stay over sixty nights per year in their properties. This hotel is under construction and should not be open. There are zero amenities available and the cherry on top was broken elevators this morning and walking down nine flights of stairs.

Being a long term HH member, I had little reservation about staying here. I stayed 2 nights at avg cost of $240. Being under construction is not a challenge but I couldnt be more disappointed with the commitment to zero hospitality in this place.
Upon checkin I ask a basic question about proximity to any busy area to locate nearby nail shops. I had been told at airport and confirmed in metro rise here there were several options. Infact Bethesda Row mall was nearby and options plentiful per locals I ret in the metro.
At Checkin I met a female staff with flat to cold/ruse affect. I proceed to say hello expecting to be welcomed and asked politely to check in. In the brief delay, I initiated the convo and she demanded ID and credit card. No big deal found and gave it. She silently found a room. Handed me a set of keys. I proceeded to inquire about nearby place to grab small necessities. Again blank, disinterested, utterly unhelpful cold nonverbal feedback. Sending that, I said folks mentioned Bethesda row is walking distance shrugs shoulders, mumbles yes and coldly says I wouldnt know if nail shop there. I say thanks and find my room.
Room frankly unremarkable, view terrible, no water, no snacks, just as cold and unwelcoming as the receptionist. I head down to run my quick errand. I realize btw, no mention of where is breakfast. Main person who helped earlier was thankfully busy a young female trainee receptionist after a few seconds comes over. I proceed to ask about where is breakfast that I was sure was in my reservation. She tells me no you dont have breakfast included. I asked her to pls check because this is standard at HH in my experience. She returns with a no.
Next morning, I leave a tip w more requesting more coffee pods and all regular pls. I get back to dirty room towels where I left them. Trash not taken out. Just horrible. I call down to be informed cleaning is upon request. I requested coffee pods never got it.
Upon check out, same disaffected flat to cold people at front desk. I drop my keys and head out.
This location has problems far beyond what is explainable by construction. I am really sorry I stayed here. I wish I checked reviews first and made a choice based on that.
Noteworthy details: I am a Hilton honors member for many years. The staff here are an embarrassment to the Hilton brand.

The rooms were average. No restaurant in the hotel or gym in facility. The main reason we chose this hotel was for the restaurant advertised on their site.Only one working elevator out of 3. Under construction in the lobby and dining and the website was not updated. Staff was very friendly and security was good. Close to Metro.
Rooms: Okay. but not 189.00 per night nice.
Safety: Yes. Felt safe in our rooms.
Walkability: Close to DC metro.
Food & drinks: Kurig coffee maker.

They have poor management specially front desk afternoon and evening staff to book your reservations or to modify your reservations thats not great they specialist for modifying your booking not great communication is very tolerant they hugged up the phone on your eras I never recommend to anyone to be there . They company has very big name Hilton but their employee is not great they dont give customers value
